For today’s episode of my “Songs To Chew” podcast we’ll listen to my song “Low Flying Crows” from my Disciples Of PerFection album. I wanted to write a song to share information I had about Monsanto’s use of Glyphosate in their Round Up, but I didn’t want to just name names, I felt like being poetic and metaphorical, so I used the image of crows. I certainly had not intended to villainize crows by making them the “bad guys” in this story, but crows have a reputation amongst farmers as thieves who steal the harvest and the seeds after they’ve been planted. Check it out. My “Songs To Chew” podcast is free every week! Click on this link: peteralsop.podbean.com, and “follow” and you’ll get weekly episodes!
